What is mulberry silk?
Mulberry silk is regarded as the highest quality silk money can buy. It is made from the cocoons of silkworms fed exclusively
mulberry leaves from a mulberry tree, hence the name ‘mulberry’.

What is Momme?
Mommes (mm) is a unit traditionally used to measure the quality of silk fabrics. One Momme = 4.340 grams per square metre; 8 mommes
is approximately 1 ounce per square yard or 35 grams per square metre. So what's this really mean? The higher the number of Momme
the more silk there is in the product. All our products are of 16 mommes or higher resulting in higher quality and superior
durability.
Can I change my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
- Changing the item or size
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping method
*If you input incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
What do I do when an item is missing from my order?
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately with the following information
to ensure that we can get this resolved for you:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
*All claims for orders arriving with missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges, but we offer refunds and store credit on eligible returns.
Can I use a credit voucher and a card payment together in one purchase?
Yes.
Do I have to use my credit voucher in one transaction?
Yes. Credit vouchers are issued to help you make an exchange. No change will be given and unused credit cannot be saved.
Can I use my credit voucher during a sale?
Yes.
How long is my credit voucher valid for?
Credit vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of issue.
