Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, but we offer refunds and store credit on eligible returns.
Returns Policy
All returns will be issued as Store Credit and will be valid for 24 months from date of issue. Luna Rêverie will only provide you with a full refund if the product: Is deemed faulty or does not match descriptions made on the site. Luna Rêverie does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders including incorrect shipping address.
In all cases, you must request a return within 7 days and send us back your purchased items with tags still intact within 30 days before being issued either store credit, refund back to the original form of payment or replacement.
Luna Rêverie does not cover the shipping costs of returning an item. Returns will be made at the customer's expense and remain their responsibility until received by our returns team.
We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving the returning parcel.
*Please note all items are quality checked by our customer service team before dispatch.
*Please read the conditions of return carefully as all items will be inspected by our returns team before issuing store credit, refund or replacement. In the case we find an item to be unsuitable for return, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
*In the case where items are found to be unsuitable for return, you will be contacted and asked to choose: to pay for the items to be shipped back to you or for the items to be donated. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, the items will be donated.
Returns Procedure

Contact our team via email with the subject title "Return Request" within 7 days of your parcel being received. Specify in your email message the reason for return and include any supporting images.
Once your return is approved by our returns team, simply post the parcel back to us. We recommend using a trackable service.
Store credit of the value of your returned order will be issued via email.
Shop again for something better.
Conditions of Returns
*It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping, and to ensure returns meet the following criteria:
- All return requests and returns are made within the specified time frame.
- All items are returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unmarked and unaltered - with original packaging and tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for pillowcases, scrunchies and masks.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased with store credit unless faulty.
- Supporting images must show any defects clearly with tags intact under reasonable lighting to qualify for refund.
- Bonus items received with any order must be returned also or the cost of the bonus item will be deducted from the store credit/refund.
- Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non refundable.
